1. Be responsible for Admin routine job, such as the Employee Cards, Name Card, working meal, post, stationery, Green etc.
2. Be responsible for Visitors support, like hotel booking, Invitation letter, Transportation etc
3. Support to location events, like wellness, annual dinner etc
4. Support for HR activity, coordinator for recruitment, orientation and training etc
5. Support for HR Attendance report,TIB Report, personal files etc
6. Accomplish what is required or assigned by HR Manager.
